Special Events
The VSC hosts special events throughout the year including the Valentine’s Day and Christmas Gala, when possible, and the Year End Awards Banquet.
Christmas Gala: The gala features group numbers from CanSkate to Senior club skaters and a selection of Freeskate and Dance programs by club and guest skaters followed by a family skate with Santa and a Pot Luck dinner.
Year End Awards Banquet: The banquet celebrates the accomplishments of the Club skaters and acknowledges the club coaches and volunteers. Trophies, awards and test pins are presented to skaters who have represented the VSC during the year. A great opportunity to socialize with other members of the Club and their families.
